We seek an experienced leader to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to completion. You will translate client requirements into technical specifications and oversee all stages of development.

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs.

● Define technical requirements and manage subcontractor relationships.

● Lead engineering teams, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

● Design innovative solutions for engineering challenges.

● Oversee project delivery and acceptance with global stakeholders.

● Report project progress to senior leadership.

Requirements:

● Level 3 Security Clearance is a plus.

● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Computer, or Software Engineering (required).

● 2+ years of experience in R&D or Systems Engineering, Technical Management, or Product Management.

● Proficiency with MS Office tools, including MS Project.

● Aerospace, Military, C4I, or C2 system experience preferred.
